What additional services can I book during my housekeepers visit?
You can select any additional task you may need for your house alongside booking any specific room you want your housekeeper to focus on. Our housekeepers are happy to accommodate these changes. Just get in touch with our customer service team or contact your housekeeper directly.
Please note that any additional tasks may require extra time. This will be at the housekeeper’s discretion and will depend on your agreement to cover the additional time required.
Can I choose which housekeeper I want?
We have many housekeepers in London on our Polly platform that we can match you with. We strive to provide you with an ideal match; however, should you not be completely satisfied, we’ll happily suggest an alternative housekeeper for you to meet.
How do you handle breakages?
Housekeepers on our platform are responsible for their own insurance, including cover for accidental damage. In the event of a breakage, we recommend speaking directly with your housekeeper in the first instance. If you need support or would like us to be aware of the incident, please contact our customer service team within two weeks.
Who do I talk to regarding a payment issue?

Are your housekeepers police checked?
To be featured on our platform, all housekeepers are required to provide references and a valid DBS check to ensure client safety and service quality.
