We will work with your preferred products however we do prefer to use environmentally conscious cleaning solutions.
This is why we are currently working on a collection of sustainable Polly products which, once completed, you will be able to purchase on our shop page.
We also kindly ask that you provide a powerful vacuum cleaner to ensure efficient cleaning. (see FAQ below)
What should I expect from a Polly Housekeeper?
Our Polly housekeepers are friendly, professional, and reliable individuals. Each team member is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible.
Why do I need a hoover?
For your health and safety, we require each home to have its own vacuum cleaner available for your housekeeper.
This important policy prevents cross contamination and maintains the highest standards of hygiene across all our clients’ homes.
Do I have to be present when the housekeeper comes?
There is no need to adjust your schedule to be present during your housekeeper’s visit.
With pre-arranged access (via key or other secure method), your housekeeper can tend to your home while you’re away.
Do you offer Deep cleaning services in London?
While we don’t offer a dedicated deep cleaning service, our housekeeping team can include it in their weekly routines.
